Personal Coaching 

 

Some examples of personal coaching courses and (individual) training sessions are:

  • Dealing with high sensitivity
  • Energetically in balance
  • Increasing your self-awareness

During a personal coaching process, I guide you in achieving your goals. I give you handles to get where you want to be. If you do not know where that is, we can look at it together. The questions that concern you act as starting points. Key issues include awareness and personal growth, increasing your self-confidence and exploring, developing and applying your own opportunities. We also work on your intuitive development so you can become the best version of yourself; fully aware of who you are and what you can do.
